Adnan Yildiz wird über sein Programm im Künstlerhaus Stuttgart (seit Januar 2011) sprechen sowie über weitere Projekte die im Zusammenhang mit seiner Annäherung an das Thema, wie der institutionelle Ausstellungsort in eine konzeptuelle Form eines Künstler-Studios transformiert werden kann. Im Zentrum seines Ausstellungsprogramms steht eine Serie von Solo-Ausstellungen unter dem Titel “Künstlerische Dialoge”. Im Fokus steht dabei, wie sich Künstler der Idee oder der Form des (Ausstellungs-)Raumes annähern und was sie aus ihrer Studioumgebung einbringen, um den Gesamtprozess in eine Ausstellung münden zu lassen. Die Reihe untersucht die künstlerischen Strategien, die hinter dem Ausstellungmachen, der Materialität, der Konzeptualisierung stehen ebenso, wie auch das Experimentieren mit verschiedenen Formen, wie das künstlerische Experiment einem Publikum nahezubringen ist.

Adnan Yildiz will talk about his program at Künstlerhaus Stuttgart (since January 2011), and other projects in relation to his approach to transforming the institutional space into the conceptual form of an artist studio. At the core of his program is a series of solo exhibitions entitled Artistic Dialogues, which focuses on how artists approach the idea or form of space, and what they bring from their studio environment and process into the exhibition. The series investigates the artistic strategies behind exhibition making, materiality, and conceptualization, as well as experimenting with the ways of transmitting the artistic experience to the audience.
